Work with our trainer as he puts you through intense strength, speed, and agility training encompassing bungee workouts, agility ladder drills, partner training and a host of other unique methods that will help you blow past the competition and achieve your goals. Chris Strayhand now offers classes in a new larger area next door to Elite at the Compound Wrestling Facility.
Coach Strayhand is a proven speed and strength coach with a resume extending from prep stand outs to professional athletes currently training under his system. Chris has a degree in exercise science and puts it to great use with outside the box thinking when running sport specific workouts.
